​1. How Do I Place An Order?​

Placing an order is simple. First search our shop for all of our available products. Once you have chosen, click on the item you want and then click "Add To Cart". Once you have added all of you items that you would like to buy, click on "Checkout" which can be found in the top right hand of this screen. The "TOTAL" sum of your purchase(s) can be found in the top right hand of this screen also. If the item(s) you purchase are not in stock we will let you know asap.

2. Payment and Shipping

Once you have clicked on "Checkout" you will be taken to a secure PayPal link. Sign in, choose delivery address and leave as much information as possible including your phone number for us to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the right location. South Africa postage will be via 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded. Allow approximately 5-6 working days for Regional and National deliveries. Tracking codes will be available as proof of postage. Payments are via PayPal including any major credit cards. South & Worldwide postage also available on request. If your purchase is a gift, you can request FREE Gift Wrapping. Just email us after you have ordered a Dish Cover to let us know if you would like this service.

When using PayPal to pay us, you can also pay using any major credit card. You will be given a confirmation email from PayPal to summaries your order.

4. Returns & Refunds

We believe so much in our products that we are offering a 30 day money back guarantee. Just send your purchase back to us within 30 days from purchase date and we will refund you in full, less the cost of initial postage and packaging. 6. How to install my Dish Cover?

Safety is key to installing your Sky Satellite Dish Cover. We have created an easy to follow step by step instruction manual that will be sent to you with your order. If you need any other assistance in regard to your purchase then please get in touch. Please note that our Satellite Dish Covers are not Machine Washable or iron-able. To clean your Dish Cover please use warm water, a soft cloth and domestic cleaning product
